Days off and overtime

December 24 and December 31 are always off. For these two days, we only deduct one vacation day in total instead of two. Any overtime accumulated during the workweek can be compensated with our Flex Friday.

How to become part of the team

We’re looking for all kinds of people – for all kinds of roles. That’s why there’s no one-size-fits-all application process. But the steps below will give you a good idea of what matters to us – and what you can expect.

Intro Chat

Start your journey with a relaxed intro chat with one of our Talent Managers – a chance to get to know each other and see if it’s a match.

Step 2

Deep Dive with Leadership

In this second conversation, you’ll meet a member of our C-Level team for a deeper exchange about your experience, mindset, and how we can grow together.

Step 3

Trial Day & Meet the team

Experience our culture firsthand in a trial day – remote or at our office. You'll work on a small task with guidance from the team, and present your results in the afternoon.
