Connecting customer and dealer

The Decor Walther website was to perform two core functions. On one hand, end customers should be able to get an impressive overview of the product range of the brand, as well as the opportunity to find a suitable dealer in their area.

On the other hand, the site was to act as a B2B dealer portal to provide exclusive partners with a modern shopping experience, inspire them in their selection, but also support practical processes such as logistics and ordering.

Navigating Tradition and Innovation

Decor Walther is driven by a long-standing tradition, as well as a clear philosophy around the theme of luxury. The name has been synonymous with high-quality bathroom accessories since 1973. The company's accessories, lighting and mirrors are valued worldwide for their clear design language and longevity. Luxury department stores, specialist retailers, bathroom and object outfitters in Berlin, Hong Kong, Hamburg, Copenhagen, London, Munich, and Milan carry the products.

For these selected partners, an appealing dealer portal should be created that makes their product selection and ordering easier. A particular challenge in this was that the website should provide different functions and information for non-logged-in end customers and for logged-in dealers.

This included developing a website with a built-in webshop, designed to inform end customers and guide them to local dealers.

Additionally, we implemented a webshop specifically designed to offer exclusive dealers a sophisticated and user-friendly shopping experience, including advanced filter options for locating local specialist dealers and prominently featuring key references and product publications.
