There are many off-the-shelf portal solutions for various B2B purposes in the market, but none could fully address the desires, challenges, and needs of our client, HD+. A custom-built solution was required for both customer service and sales.
In the spirit of customer-centricity, intensive workshops were conducted at the outset of both projects, involving representatives from both teams to define their respective use cases. Based on these, tailored UX and UI concepts were developed for both portals.
Through our agile methodology, we were able to respond perfectly to HD+'s requirements in both frontend and backend development, continuously optimizing the solutions.
